Dear Beyonce,
Since you've embarked on your solo career 8 years ago, we've had a love/hate relationship. You pop-hits kept me dancing, but ended up being cheesy. I notice your lyrics are basically the same line repeated over and over again. Your lyrics on women empowerment were both inspiring and tiresome....but lately I'm seeing a lot more love for you than hate. I can't wait to purchase your new album because I think this is it!

As you can tell I'm a fairweather Beyonce fan. I love her style and persona, but always seemed to feel her lyrical content was lacking. However, I've been very impressed so far and with her new single out Best Thing I Never Had I'm getting the feeling 4 will be a great purchase.
The video for BTINH is a classic story of a woman moving on from whom she thought was the one to find out he wasn't and she finds someone much....MUCH better. I love the video because it shows that even when you're going through a break-up, you WILL smile again, you WILL find love again and you WILL be happy again.
